Gauthier Industries Their roots go back to 1946 when Emil GAUTHIER, Fred KENNEDY and George MYRICK organized Rochester Products Company to manufacture inventions of Mr. MYRICK.
Rochester Products grew to employ approximately 65 people and one of its major products was the Rochester Plastic Needle. This needle was developed through the co-operation of MAYO Clinic. In the spring of 1974, the GAUTHIER family reorganized to form GAUTHIER Industries, a family corporation.
They are continuing many of the same operations of Rochester Medical Equipment Company with more emphasis on metal stamping and contract metal fabrication/manufacturing. Today they have 52,000 square feet, employ 70 people and service companies throughout the United States. Their specialty is smaller and mid sized production sheet metal parts, stampings, enclosures and medical products, as well as powder coating finishes. Their emphasis is service, quality and continuous improvement to our customers.
